Event Description

Join the City of Compton for a meaningful evening of remembrance, hope, and healing at our first annual candlelight vigil. This community gathering honors those we've lost to suicide and substance abuse while providing vital resources and support for those affected by these challenges.

The vigil will feature:

• Mental health professionals available for Q&A sessions
• Resource tables with community support information
• Special guest speakers sharing stories of hope and recovery
• Fire Department representatives
• Live entertainment
• Vendor booths with free information and services

This free event brings our community together to break the stigma surrounding mental health and addiction while fostering connection and healing. Light refreshments will be provided.
